Blizek, Chad Allen age 32, of Bloomington, MN passed away peacefully on January 21, 2023, in Edina, MN. Chad grew up in Lakeville, MN and graduated from Lakeville South High School in 2008. Chad loved playing the piano, drawing, and spending time with his family. He loved making people laugh and always had a good joke to share. Everyone loved Chad's sense of humor and smile. Chad is preceded in death by his mother Patty Blizek, and brother Landon. He is survived by father Mark; siblings: Chelsey (Lamichael) Shead, Lacey (Gregg) Neumann, Erin Blizek (Nathan Frost), and Josh Feldman (Stacey Bartelson); and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. A service celebrating Chad's life will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Hosanna Church, 9600 163rd St W in Lakeville. Visitation at 10 AM and service at 11 AM.
