Moen, Joan Elaine (Beber) age 84, of Coon Rapids, MN Born in Menomonie, WI on May 2nd, 1938, passed away peacefully December 1st, 2022. Joan grew up in Menomonie and graduated from Menomonie High School. After marriage they moved to the Twin Cities area. She was involved in VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Sons of Norway. Preceded in death by her husband Wallace Eugene Moen. Survived by children, Michael (Beth) Moen, Denise (Joe) Moriarty; grandchildren, Catherine (Jack) Egan, Elizabeth (Mason) Stewart, Angela (Tanner) Tullbane, Joseph Moriarty; great-grandchildren, Jack, Joseph, Louie and many cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer's Association or Animal Humane Society. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
