Chartrand, Julie M. Age 64 of St. Paul, peacefully passed away surrounded by her children September 23, 2022. Graduate of Tartan High School. Julie is preceded in death by parents, Wilfred and Joanne Chartrand. She is survived by her life partner, Juan Oliver; children Corey (Lisa), Tara, Stephanie (Austin) Hobbs, Nathaniel (Brianna), Joseph, and Juan; grandchildren, Kedrin and Logan, Harper Hobbs, Julianne, Asher, and Scarlett; siblings Dan (Mary Jo), Tom, David, Mary (Paul), and Jim (Monica); and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Julie was known for her forgiving nature, caring heart, and giving spirit. She had a knack for arts & crafts, and a love for plants and animals.
