Blanchard, Elaine Margret Passed away September 18th 2022 at home with family. She was born on the 9th of January 1931. She was the daughter of John and Tess Salm of Waterloo, Ontario Canada. Survived by Husband Richard of 69 years. Daughter Rande Ann Blanchard (husband Steve Beatty), Son Curtic Roy Blanchard, Daughter Terese Ealine Blanchard (husband David Whitinger), Richard Guy Blanchard (wife Kay), son Roderick Jon Blanchard and grandson Alec Blanchard. Proceeded in death by Son Richard Todd Blanchard. Her remains will be placed next to her son's in Breezy Point MN at a later date. Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
