Ringgenberg, Philip W. age 94, of Hopkins, passed away on July 28, 2022. Preceded in death by wife Josephine. He will be dearly missed by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Phil grew up in Rochester and served in the United States Navy. He was a 40-year employee of Northwestern Bell. Phil was an active member of his communities. He loved his family.
