Galligan, Colleen age 33, of New Brighton passed away on May 6, 2022. Colleen was a 2007 graduate of Eagan High School. She attended St. Cloud State University and graduated in 2011. At the time of her passing Colleen was working as a business analyst for the Federal Reserve in Mpls. She is survived by her loving children, Evan and Noah Hanson, and their father, Bryce; parents, Sara and Steve Galligan; sisters, Alison and Jacqueline Galligan, also by other family and friends. Memorial Service will be 2:00 PM on Thursday May 19, 2022 at Easter Lutheran Church, 4200 Pilot Knob Rd., Eagan, with a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday (5/18) from 5-8 PM at the White Funeral Home, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley (952-432-2001).
