Hagen, Elwood "Woody" Stanley 84, of Bloomington, MN, died May 7, 2022. Preceded in death by his parents Oscar and Lena (Slettedahl) Hagen; siblings Leland, Alvhilda Smith, Willard, Donald, Llewellyn, Lyla Ilaug, and Ordean; and daughter-in-law, Tammy Anfinson. Elwood was the youngest of ten children born in rural Echo, MN. He graduated from Echo High School in 1956, served in the U.S. Army, and had a thirty-year career with Ford Motor Company in St. Paul. Elwood enjoyed gardening, tending to his lawn, swimming at the lake, riding his bike, and following the stock market. He gave generously of his time and showed exceptional consideration for others. Elwood exhibited a quiet presence but led by example. His love for his family was evident. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Elwood is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Jane; sisters Alice Agre of Sacred Heart and Vivian Ugland of Montgomery; children Anthony of St. Paul, Valerie (Gerard) Galush of Roseville, Stephanie (Timothy) Werner of Bloomington, and Timothy (Alison) of Rochester; and grandchildren Drew, Lauren, Nicholas, Sarah, Nathaniel, Sophie, Grace, Jack, and Emma.
