Starr, Raymond R. "Ray" age 85 of Mounds View, passed away April 27, 2022. Preceded in death by parents Reuben and Elizabeth. Survived by his wife of 52 years Marion, step - daughter Beverly Griesert, brother James (Gail), sister Joyce Mullner, nieces and nephews. Ray worked for the Roseville Parks Department.
