Maurer, James Age 66, of Carver, and formerly of Eden Prairie, passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 12, 2022. Jim worked in HVAC for over 40 years, was a member of the pipefitters Local 539. He was a devoted father and his greatest joy in life was his family. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Merle Maurer and sister, Mary Jo Thurston. Survived by his daughters Melissa (Armando) Sanchez and Allison (Jeff Baker) Maurer and grandsons, Saalim, Adrian, and Nicolas.
