Lowell, Eugene age 90 passed away on January 7th, 2022. Always a loving father, husband and grandfather. Eugene grew up in NE Minneapolis. He was a first generation American of immigrant parents. An Edison High School and Dunwoody grad. A Marine veteran. Starting as a print apprentice, he retired as a Lithographer and union member with over 40 years at Webb Publishing in St. Paul. He especially liked meeting and working with all the artists. He took joy in producing major national and regional magazines, catalogs, book publications and limited edition lithograph prints. With his wife Dolores, they enjoyed their free time boating and fishing Minnesota's lakes, especially Minnetonka, Leech and Cross. After his retirement, Eugene home cared Dolores before her passing. Always outgoing and friendly, his fun was rebuilding vintage cars and he spent his time doing just that. He had great love for his family. Preceded in death, his loving wife, Dolores E. Lowell. Survived by his sons, Robert and James (Jane) Lowell; his grandson, Nicholas Lowell; his brother, Arthur Jr. (Marcia) Lowell; and relatives and friends.
