Beckett, Delores L. Age 98 of Mpls, born March 23, 1923 in Mpls to Charles & Martha Forbes, passed away peacefully Jan. 11, 2022. Delores was a lifelong member of Minnehaha Baptist Church and now First Evangelical Free Church in Mpls. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herbert; son, Douglas; brother, Robert Forbes and sister, Audrey Shiel. Delores will be dearly missed by her son, Donald (Margo), daughter-in-law, Linda; six grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 with a visitation one hour before at First Evangelical Free Church, 5150 Chicago Ave. S., Mpls.
