Rubins, Amy L. Age 66 of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully at home in the presence of her family on October 25, 2021 after a nine year battle with breast cancer. Survived by husband Jeff Rubins; children Jennifer (Nate) Bullard, William Coombs, & Stephanie (David) Bailey; step- children Rebecca (Shane) Noecker, David (Rebecca) Rubins, & Jonathan Rubins; 9 grandchildren; mother Allene Quinn and 5 siblings.
