Kelly, Dennis G. age 69 of Mounds View passed away peacefully on October 6, 2021, due to heart complications. Dennis is preceded in death by parents Robert and Alyce Kelly; brothers, Tom, Pat, and Jim. Survived by wife Carol (Strehlow); brothers, Jack and Tom Judd; sisters, Ellen and Mary; sons, Daniel, Andrew, Mathew, Brian, and daughter Shannon. Grandchildren Shawn, Dennis, Jaci; great-granddaughter, Lucy, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Dennis will be missed by all. A Celebration of life will be held on October 23, 2021, at Cowboy Jacks, 2397 Palmer Dr, New Brighton, MN 55112 from 11 am-2 pm.
