Biggerstaff, Betty A. age 88, died on September 15, 2021 at home in Florida. She was surrounded with love and support by Norm Schutt & family. Born on April 4, 1933 in Waseca MN. She was the daughter of William and Frieda (Neils) Deppe. She graduated from Waseca Central in 1951 and married Loren Biggerstaff on May 7, 1955. Betty worked for Honeywell in Minneapolis for 33 years and retired in 1988. She and Loren moved to Englewood, Florida into a retirement community where she was very active in planning and participating in the community activities. She excelled in tennis and enjoyed traveling, fishing, bingo, cards, sewing, baking and dog sitting. She loved dogs! She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister, husband, and two children, Deborah and Jeffrey. She is survived by siblings, Shirley Conway of Waseca, Gene (Lorraine) Deppe of Waseca, Barbara (Robert) Larson of Mound, MN and many nieces and nephews. Betty will be laid to rest with her husband and children at Fort Snelling Cemetery at a later date.
