Siblings: Patsy Ruth (Ewings) Kenner and Richard Ewings. Husbands: Philip Coggins, Vernon Dale Welch, and Dennis Russell Chester. Children: Richard Philip Welch, Wendy Sue (Aaron) Blood, and Robert Scott (Sonya) Welch. Grandchildren: Dustin James Reeves and Victor Austin Blood. Donna was a union representative / financial secretary for Local 113, Hospital Workers Union. Favorite activities: travel, cooking, sun bathing at the lake, golf, and watching Twins and Vikings.
