Gibbs, Robert "Bob" Ray 73, passed away peacefully August, 31 at the St. Joseph Medical Center near his residence in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born on November, 16, 1947 to parents Clyde and Helene in Minneapolis, MN. He graduated from Roosevelt High School, Minneapolis, MN in 1965. He served in the US Army from 1970 to 1972, and later enjoyed a successful career in sales. He is survived by his beloved wife Jill, his daughter Kristin, son in law Michael, son Brian and grandchildren Katie, Blake, Delaney, Orion, and Bodhi. He will be remembered for his generosity, his ability to make others laugh, and his love of fast cars and lifelong support of the Minnesota Vikings. Interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on November 12th at 10:30am. A Celebration of Life lunch will be held at the American Legion, 5600 34th Ave South, Minneapolis at 11:30am.
