Baltzer, Harold Wayne "Harry" Age 79 of Mpls and Englewood, FL. Passed away on May 25th. Harry was a retired Mpls police officer of 24 years as well as Director of the Gambling Control Board appointed by Governor Carlson and serving both he and Governor Ventura. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Kathleen; sons, Timothy (Jolene) and Gregory and daughter Debra (Grant) Paulson. Grandchildren, Joshua and Jessica Baltzer, Courtney (Ryan) Morelli, Alleah Baltzer, Megan and Matthew (Kellsie) Paulson. Sisters, Jenene Fredell and Laurine (Jack) Schuster; many other family and friends. Memorial service on July 1st at 1PM Christ Presbyterian Church, 6901 Normandale Rd, Edina. Brief visitation to follow at church. Reception hosted by fellow retired Minneapolis police officers at the VFW Post 5903 Hamel from 3-7PM.
