Parry, Stanley "Jack" age 91, of Lauderdale, passed away on May 3, 2021. Preceded in death by his son, Christopher; aunt and uncle who he called his parents, Florence and Frank Pegors; and sisters, Lucille, and Eileen. Survived by loving wife of 68 years, Donna; daughter, Jacqueline (Gary) Peterson; Daughter-in-law, Shelly Parry (Paul Demeules); grandchildren, David (Theresa) Peterson, Anna (Aaron) LaPacz, Jayce Parry, and Ariel Parry; great-grandchildren, Emily Peterson, Sofia Peterson, Piper Peterson, and James Peterson. Jack was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. He grew up on the family farm in Truman, MN, where he met Donna. They moved to Lauderdale where Jack began his career working at NSP, attending night school at Dunwoody, eventually retiring after 38 years. After retiring he earned his pilot's license and began flying as a hobby. Jack was a longtime member of the University Lutheran Church of Hope. He loved going to the cabin, watching hockey, playing trumpet in the Roseville Community Band, but most of all loved spending time with his family and friends. Visitation to be held Monday, May 10th, from 4-7PM at the Washburn-McReavy Hillside Chapel. Masks and social distancing are required for all in attendance.
