Rohloff, Joan Marie (née Dahlke) passed away peacefully at home on March 1, 2021 in Ramsey, Minnesota due to complications from lung cancer. She was 65 years old. Joan was born on July 1, 1955 in Minneapolis, MN. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Jenny and David Weisenberger; son, Andrew Johnson; step-children Jason Rohloff (Sean), Rebecca Clough (Neil), Darren Rohloff (Sarah), Warren Rohloff (Beth), Vanessa Rohloff (Clay); 14 grandchildren; brother Richard Dahlke (Sheryl); sister Carol Peterson (Gary); brother Kevin Dahlke (Judy); and many cherished nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband, Danny Rohloff, and parents Benjamin and Dolores Dahlke. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Joan cherished time with her much-adored grandchildren, including Estella and Kyle. She also enjoyed quilting, and participated in many quilting circles and retreats, and once even insisted on a road trip detour to visit a renowned quilt shop. She filled countless homes with her beautiful creations, which will carry on her spirit and provide warmth to family and friends she loved. Joan was employed for many years at Nedco Electronics (Control Design Supply) and Mill End Textiles, and often helped out at the Noble Quilter. She was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Monticello. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations should be sent to the American Cancer Society.
