Hendrickson, John Wendell, Jr. age 80, of Plymouth, passed away November 17, 2020. John was born September 10, 1940 in Fargo, ND. He graduated from Shandley High School in 1958 and went on to the University of North Dakota - Grand Forks, where he earned degrees in accounting and law, graduating at the top of his class. After graduation, he began his law practice in Fargo with his father and grandfather and then worked for Broeker and Hendrickson, where he met his wife of 51 years, Karen. They moved to the Twin Cities in 1971. He worked for IDS as an attorney and later started his own practice. John is preceded in death by his parents, John Wendell Hendrickson, Sr. and Marjorie E. (Sornsin) Hendrickson. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Karen M Hendrickson (Johnson-Hanstad), sons Bruce (Linda) Hanstad, Keith (Jacquelyn) Hanstad, and Roger (Teresa) Hanstad, six grandchildren and their spouses, and many great grandchildren, sisters Laura (Robert) Wehage and Patricia (William) Bergan, brother Robert (Linda) Hendrickson, seven nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
