Quinn, John W. age 69 of Minneapolis, passed away on September 21, 2020, after a long battle with vascular disease and cancer. A PVT U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and licensed APCA U.S. licensed officer captain for many years, he was also the owner of JWQUINN Builders. Always a lover of humor and storytelling (most of them were true), music, travel, and a lifelong advocate for human rights. Preceded in death by Bob, Angela, and Richard Quinn. Audrey and Vicki Palen. He is survived by his wife Rev. Jacqueline Belzer, stepchildren Karla Aguilar-Belzer, Sergio Belzer, Sue O'driscoll, Lynn Hayley, Michael Palen, Tom Palen. Sisters, brothers, and his devoted dog Diego as well as so many loving friends and extended family. Memorial service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Interment on October 5th, 2020. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers can be made to the Hospice and Palliative Care Unit at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center.
