Hendrix, Alice With deep sadness the family of Alice Hendrix, nee Lee, announces her passing on September 15, 2020 at the age of 94. Wife to the late Delmas D. (Bill) Hendrix and loving mother to Jane (Stephen Aquino), Ross (Mary) and David Schwartz. Grandmother to Austin and Taylor Hendrix. Born in Fairfax, MN, Alice grew up in Appleton and attended the U of M and Hamline Universities before becoming an air hostess for Capital Airlines. She lived in post-war Japan, traveled internationally throughout her life, was a committed Francophile and enjoyed foreign films. Her independence and dry sense of humor will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A family gathering will take place at the time of her burial at Fort Ridgley in Fairfax, MN.
