Nelson, Joyce Lorraine (Ring) 82, of St Louis Park, passed away August 12, 2020 with family by her side. She was born to Ernest and Susie Ring on October 25, 1937 in Faribault, Minnesota. Joyce graduated from Central High School in 1956. Later returned to school and received her ASN degree in Nursing at MCTC in Minneapolis. Predeceased by her brother, Gary Ring. Survived by daughter, Ann Mohler (Shawn); son, James Nelson; daughter, Susan Truelson; grandchildren, Christopher, Jessica, Angela, Amanda and Anders; great-grandchild, Gavriella; brother, Gordon Ring (Darlene). Joyce was a long time member of Park Community Church in St. Louis Park and had many friends. Joyce loved oil painting, reading, movies and being with her family. Service Saturday August 29th, 2020 at 5pm, visitation 1 hour prior at Cremation Society/Brooklyn Park Chapel, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park 55445.
