Berg, Muriel age 90, passed away peacefully on 7/25/20. She was born 9/11/29 in Warren, Minnesota to Ingebert and Inga Geving. She married Donald Dagoberg in 1952, who preceded her in death in 1967. After almost 40 years of independent living, Muriel, at age 77, married David Berg in 2007, who preceded her in death in 2018. Muriel raised her two children by herself while working as an Administrative Assistant for Alliant Tech and Opportunity Workshop, and as a funeral assistant at Washburn McReavy, a perfect way to share her sensitive, open, and loving personality. Later in life, Muriel received an AA degree from Normandale Community College, a significant accomplishment and a source of great pride to her and her family. Muriel was a sensitive, loving friend, charming those around her with her gentle, playful humor and positivity. She enjoyed travel, laughter, family, Pepsi and chocolate. She moved to Tucson, AZ to experiment with the snowbird lifestyle, but ended up moving back to Minnesota full time so as not to miss out on any family activity at home. Muriel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Enyart; grandson Isaac Enyart and fiancée Rachel Caulfield; grandson Ezekiel and wife Drea and three great grandchildren; son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Pam Dagoberg; grandsons Erik and Jack Dagoberg; step-daughter and husband Deb and Steve Cook; step-son and wife Davey and Nancy Berg; step-son and wife Kevin and Mickey Berg; and many nieces and nephews. Due to current restrictions, funeral and burial activities will be private. A livestream celebration of life and funeral will be available at: spdlc.org/livestream/ on August 5th at 11:30am. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. Washburn-McReavy.com Eden Prairie Chapel 952-975-0400
