Woolcott, Elsie Jo Age 78, of Minneapolis, passed away on July 6th. Preceded in death by parents, Elsie V. Casto and Frank Woolcott; brothers, Edmund and Ronald (Corrine); sister, Delores (Daniel) Heider. A devoted sister and aunt, Elsie Jo is survived by sister, Beverly (William) Allos; brother, Frank; 11 nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; extended family and friends. Elsie Jo was passionate about everything she did including reading, swimming, knitting, and supporting her church and community. She lived life to the fullest and was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met. She will be greatly missed by her family and countless friends in her community. A memorial service will be planned for the Fall. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park. Elsie Jo was dedicated to numerous charities. Donations in her honor can be sent in her name to the National Wildlife Federation at PO Box 1583 Merrifield, VA 22116.
