Young, Susan Guild Age 86 of Apple Valley, MN passed away peacefully surrounded by family Friday, June 26, 2020. Susan was preceded in death by parents Howard & Lucille Guild. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years David; children David "Curt" Young (Deborah) & Rebecca Cook (Frederick); grandchildren Katherine Courchane (Stephen), Alexandra Meyer (Brock) & Daria Young. Susan was devoted to her family, church and community: served 7 years as a Girl Scout leader, 36 years in Daughters of the Nile (1998 Past Queen of RE Temple) and raised funds for women's scholarships during 20 years in PEO International (2006 Chapter President.) She was an avid quilter and a member of the Schoolhouse Quilter's Guild in MD. She served the Methodist church through MYF leadership, offertory stewardship & feeding the homeless. She enjoyed traveling, golf & needlework. Susan touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
