Johnson, Cynthia K. On Wednesday, April 15th Cynthia Johnson "Cindy K" of Eden Prairie passed away peacefully at age 65. After a five year struggle with Alzheimer's disease she experienced complications from an emergency surgery that she couldn't overcome. She is survived by husband, Don; daughter, Abigail (Christopher) Kraemer-Cole; sons, Samuel (Ari) Kraemer and Benjamin (Catalina) Kraemer; sister, Angela (James) Fischer and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by mother, Ann Brockhouse and brother, Kevin Judt. She dedicated her life to helping others through her work at WATCH, MADD and with Hennepin County Public Health. Her eternal strength and desire to help others was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed. Public funeral service at 1 pm Thursday July 16th at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Eden Prairie with gathering one half hour prior to service. Interment at the church Columbarium. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association. Also note COVID-19 restrictions will be observed, i.e. masks, temperature check will be required upon entrance to the church.
