Haugen, Franklin Earl age 78, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2020. Frank was a great conversationalist, always happy and cheerful. He was preceded In death by parents Grant and Marian, wife Diane. Survived by 2 brothers, many cousins and friends. A special thanks to the Grove family and staff of Mount Olivet Lutheran Church for their kindness, compassion and help during the course of his life. Frank will be missed but not forgotten.
