Bergerson, Peter Wright of Plymouth, MN who was born May 2, 1937 in Minneapolis to Raymond Kenneth Bergerson & Katherine Langworthy Bergerson, died Wednesday December 4th, 2019 of heart failure. His early years were spent riding bucking broncos at the rodeo. Active, youthful and energetic until the end, he had a special gift to be attuned to God's creatures for whom he shared a deep and abiding affection. Job 12:7-10 was a favorite passage of his which begins, "But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee" His advice and counsel on the care of larger animals who were ill or had been subject to abuse was sought by many throughout the country. He was active in caring for others and in sharing his enthusiasm for life and the Lord with them. He is beloved by his family, church and animal support communities and will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by his parents and a younger brother, Steve, Pete is survived by his two sons, Scott (56) and Mark (53), his former wife Carol Berglund and two brothers David and Jim. A memorial service honoring his life will be held Saturday, December 21st at 1 pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Church at 330 Vicksburg Lane North in Plymouth, MN.
