Grewe, Fred "Fritz" 70, of rural Winona, MN died on Friday, May 8, 2019. He was born December 28, 1948, in Fairmont, MN to Fred K. and Anne (Loos) Grewe. He married Therese "Betsy" Hanson May 17, 1997, in Bloomington, MN. Fritz worked at Seagate Technology in Bloomington for over 43 years before moving to the Winona area ten years ago. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman in his younger years. He and Betsy loved spending time at the Grewe family cabin at Lake of the Woods in Canada. Fritz was a passionate dog and cat lover and had a special place in his heart for his "furbabies", Lance and Jack, and his cat, Charlie. Survivors include wife, Betsy; brothers, Ed (Joan) of Big Fort, MN and Richard "Dick" (Judy) of Talmoon, MN; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16th, at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services, 111 So. Oak St., La Crescent, MN, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial to take place in Hiler Cemetery, Nodine, MN.
