Farber, Elliott Age 90, of Apple Valley, passed away peacefully at home on January 10, 2019. He was born in Brooklyn NY and had 3 brothers. He still retained his east coast accent after living in the Midwest for 47 years. Elliott had a career in polymer and cosmetic chemistry. Survived by wife of 63 yrs Joan; children, Michelle (Dave), Fran (Bernie), Jennifer (Geoff) and Jon (Holly); 12 grandchildren including 3 sets of twins; Daniel, twins Emily and Andrew (Chelsea), Alyson (Carl), Benjamin (Melissa), twins Jacob and Alex, twins Sam and Noah, Rachel, Parker, and Jackson. Funeral services 2 p.m. SUNDAY January 13th at BETH JACOB CONGREGATION, 1179 Victoria Curve, Mendota Hts., MN.
