Fraser, JoAnn (Brandon) age 82 of Burnsville, passed away January 9, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Cecil and Geraldine Charles; and first husband, Alan Brandon. Survived by husband, Malcholm Fraser; children, Deb Brandon, Barb Brandon, Chuck Brandon, Shawn (Natalie) Fraser, Sherry Bartizal, Scot Fraser, Sara Fraser, Stacy (Kyle) Langseth, Pat (Shelly) Hadley; 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Kay Stout and Richard Charles. She worked for School District 191 from 1962-2006. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Mission Aviation Fellowship. Interment Dawn Valley Memorial Park.
