NAMSA has acquired four companies in the Twin Cities since 2009 to expand its offerings in medical-device testing and consulting. Deal prices were not disclosed.

  • 2009 — Clinical trial firm Alquest, Inc. of Golden Valley
  • 2012 — Preclinical and clinical services firm The Integra Group of Brooklyn Park
  • 2019 — Consulting firm Reimbursement Strategies of Woodbury
  • 2021 — Contract research organization American Preclinical Services of Coon Rapids
