Nearly 200 people gathered outside the Hennepin County Government Center Thursday evening to rally in support of former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor. Many were from Noor's Somali-American immigrant community.The event, held just hours before his sentencing for the killing of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, decried what community members called a racial double standard in the criminal justice system.
