Joe Dziedzic was coach of Minneapolis boys high school hockey — a cooperative that represents all seven of the Minneapolis public high schools — for 13 years.

The letter calls for “constructive engagement” with higher education across the U.S. Nearly 200 college and university leaders signed the letter.
