Greg Mees is an award-winning visual journalist at the Star Tribune where he designs A1, the metro and the Sunday science+health sections. He is a state leader for the Society for News Design. Greg previously worked at the Denver Post, Boston Globe and several small newspapers in northern Colorado. He has a bachelor of arts in journalism with focuses in broadcast news and computer mediated communications from Colorado State University, where he also served as the editor in chief and visual managing editor of Colorado's only daily, student-run newspaper, the Rocky Mountain Collegian.
