See more of the story The last in a series of storms is moving out of British Columbia now, and a major pattern change is taking place for that part of North America. Wednesday and Thursday, a large high pressure system will build over western Canada and will completely block any more storms from the Pacific. The result will be an extended dry spell for the Olympic Games that will last through at least Saturday.
