Viewing the trashed interior of the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store, Wayne Bugg said he'd seen anything like it in his life. Which is saying a lot, because the friendly and outgoing Bugg is a former crack dealer with crack-addicted parents. About 23 years ago he started working at St. Vin, where he was encouraged to do something better with his life and paid his college tuition. Now he's St. Vin's assistant exec director known for reaching out to help people in need any way he can.
