LAS VEGAS – Kris Dunn, the Timberwolves' first-round draft pick, did not dress for Monday's NBA Summer League 99-68 loss to Cleveland after suffering a concussion in Sunday's game against Toronto.
Dunn, a 6-4 guard from Providence selected fifth overall at last month's NBA draft, played 33 minutes and scored 21 points in the Wolves' 82-80 loss to the Raptors.
He got hit in the jaw by the Raptors' Jakob Poeltl. Dunn did not indicate following the game that he had been hurt, but began having symptoms overnight and then was diagnosed with a concussion.
Wolves coach Tom Thibodeau confirmed that, as per NBA medical policy, Dunn was subject to the league's concussion protocol.
"He got hurt. It's a concussion," Thibodeau said before the tipoff of the Wolves-Cavaliers game. "He's going to through the protocol and he's not playing [Monday]."
When asked if Dunn would play in the Wolves' two remaining summer games, Thibodeau said he didn't know. "It depends on if he passes the tests," he said. "If he does, we'll re-evaluate whether he plays or we hold him out."
• Adreian Payne's struggles continued in Las Vegas as he shot 2-for-12 from the floor and finished with nearly as many fouls, seven, as points, nine, in the Wolves' loss to Cleveland. Payne is shooting 31.7 percent (13-for-41) over the Wolves' first three games, all loses. Tyus Jones led the team with 15 points on 4-for-10 shooting.

• Golden State star Draymond Green was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault and battery over the weekend near the Michigan State campus. If convicted of assault or assault and battery, Green could face 93 days in jail, a $500 fine or both.
• Atlanta agreed to bring back Kris Humphries on a one-year, $4 million deal. The former Hopkins and Gophers standout averaged 6.4 points and 3.4 rebounds in 21 games with the Hawks last season after being acquired in a trade.
