The Wild will hold its annual development camp July 8-13.

A total of 42 players are scheduled to attend, including 15 draft picks and with the remaining players brought in as invitees. Players scheduled to attend include: Sam Anas, Jordan Greenway, Justin Kloos, Luke Kunin, Avery Peterson and Carson Soucy along with 2017 draft picks Ivan Lodnia (3rd round, pictured below), Mason Shaw (4th round), Bryce Misley (4th round), Jacob Golden (5th round) and Nick Swaney (7th round). The on-ice sessions will be led by Wild assistant coaches Darby Hendrickson and Bob Woods, Iowa Wild head coach Derek Lalonde and associate coach David Cunniff, along with Wild assistant GM Andrew Brunette, Director of Player Development Brad Bombardir, Player Development Coach Richard Park, Skating Skills Coach Andy Ness and Goaltender Development Coach Frederic Chabot.

In addition, players will participate in daily strength and conditioning sessions, as well as other off-ice topics, including sports psychology, media training and nutrition education.

The Wild's development camp will feature two scrimmages that are free and open to the public at Xcel Energy Center (July 11 at 2:30 p.m. and July 13 at 5 p.m.).

Each scrimmage will feature two, 30-minute running time halves. Gate 1 will open to the public 30 minutes prior to the start of each scrimmage.

The Wild will also host a Block Party on July 13 from 6-9 p.m. at the Seven Corners parking lot across West Seventh Street from Xcel Energy Center. The Wild Block Party will feature appearances by Wild players and prospects participating in development camp. The event's festivities will include a DJ, local food trucks, beverage stations, and interactive games and outdoor activities. The Hockey Lodge and State of Hockey will be on site along with media partners FOX Sports North and KFAN.
