Diana Douglas, the ex-wife of actor Kirk Douglas and mother of Michael Douglas, died Saturday at the Motion Picture and Television Home in Woodland Hills, Calif., according to media reports. She was 92.
Born Diana Dill in Bermuda, she married Kirk Douglas in 1943, giving birth to the couple's two sons, Michael and Joel, before the pair broke up in 1951.
Later she married actor Bill Darrid, remaining with him until his 1992 death. She married Donald Webster, by whom she is survived, in 2002.

An actress in her own right, Douglas appeared in numerous films and on countless TV shows, including "The Waltons," "Knots Landing" "Lou Grant," "The Paper Chase" and "Dynasty." In 2003, she appeared in the film "It Runs in the Family," alongside Kirk, Michael and grandson Cameron. The film chronicled a dysfunctional New York family's attempts to reconcile.
In 1999, under the name Diana Douglas Darrid, she published "In the Wings: A Memoir."
