Aries was initially unresponsive but came to by the time emergency responders arrived, police said. The boy was taken to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Authorities have yet to reveal any update on Aries' condition since the initial disclosure of the incident.

Police say they are not looking at this case as a criminal matter.
