Sword play

Tired of chasing fortune on Pokémon Go? Search for swords alongside siblings Prohyas and Vambre, the heavily caffeinated siblings in the animation series "Mighty Magiswords." Cartoon Network originally launched it last year as a web-only adventure. The TV version is over-the-top silly, but the gung-ho efforts of the animators and voice talent should stave off any desire for a pre-dinner nap.

Fight the power

With racial tensions gripping the country, it's a good time to revisit 1989's "Do the Right Thing," Spike Lee's provocative mix of comedy and tension that still makes you sweat as much as Rosie Perez does in the unforgettable opening sequence. Hard to believe that Lee still struggles to get financing for his projects. Of course, so did Orson Welles after "Citizen Kane."

Puttin' on the Ritz

TCM had already planned to air "Young Frankenstein" as part of a monthlong tribute to slapstick when Gene Wilder passed away. Now the network is giving the classic its own night, along with an excellent 2008 interview the multitalented star gave Alec Baldwin shortly before Alzheimer's disease forced him out of the public spotlight.
