Dylan Hoen scored his second goal of the game with five seconds left in the third period to give Benilde-St. Margaret's a 7-6 victory over Chanhassen in boys' hockey at the Victoria Rec Center. The Red Knights rallied with four goals in the final 6:13 of the third period after pulling their goalie.
Matt Kocourek scored the first and third goals of that rally to complete a hat trick. He also scored to cut a Knights' deficit to two heading into the first intermission. Jonah Mortenson also scored with the Red Knights' net empty in the third period.
Hoen scored his first goal at the 4:59 mark of the first period to get the Knights on the board.
John Witcraft and Matt Blimberg scored 15 seconds apart in the first period to give the Storm an early 2-0 lead. Charlie Montang and Preston Willier scored 3:22 apart later in the opening period. Tyler Davidson and TJ Truso scored in the second period to give the Storm a three-goal lead after two.
Josh Weyandt made 40 saves for the Storm.
Edina 3, Centennial 2: Sammy Walker and Lewis Crosby scored 5:34 apart in the third period to give the Class 2A, No. 1 Hornets the victory over the visiting No. 12 Cougars. Carter Wagner and Jack Menne scored 5:24 apart to give the Cougars a 2-0 lead after one period. Jett Jungels started the comeback for the Hornets in the second period. Garrett Mackay stopped 21 shots for the Hornets and Travis Allen made 34 saves for the Cougars.
Totino-Grace 1, Holy Angels 0: Ben Palmer broke a scoreless tie 51 seconds into the third period to give the Eagles the victory over the host Stars. Freshman Will Larson stopped 15 shots for the shutout.
Forest Lake 3, Park of Cottage Grove 1: Brady Peterson stopped 26 shots to lead the Rangers past the visiting Wolfpack. Jordan Oberholtzer got the Rangers on the board with 1:20 left in first period. Zack Raabe extended the lead 7:52 into the second period for the Rangers. Bailey Hein cut the deficit in half for the Wolfpack 1:47 later. Jacob Zowin sealed the victory with 51 seconds left on the power play.
Farmington 3, Eagan 2 (OT): Zach Willis scored his second goal 38 seconds into overtime to give the Tigers the victory over the visiting Class 2A, No. 18 Wildcats. He scored his first goal 6:34 into the first period to give the Tigers a two-goal lead. Quinn Rudrud got the Tigers on the board 4:40 into the game. Cole Peplinski scored both Wildcats. He got the Wildcats on the board in the second period and then tied the game with 10:14 left in regulation. Kenneth Lacroix stopped 26 shots for the Tigers and Brandon Toussaint made 22 saves for the Wildcats.
Orono 3, Delano 2: Zach Adams broke a 2-2 tie with 1:22 left in the third period to give the Class 1A, No. 3 Spartans the victory over the visiting No. 11 Tigers. Evan Sivets and Adam Brown scored 5:50 apart in the first period to give the Tigers a 2-0 lead. Jack Suchy got the Spartans on the board with 2:05 left in the first period. Landon Wittenberg tied the game for the Spartans 1:27 into the second period. Evan Babekuhl stopped 22 shots and Jackson Hjelle made 20 saves for the Tigers.
Tartan 1, Roseville 0: Justin Thompson broke a scoreless tie 5:12 into the third period to give the Titans the victory over the Raiders. Joey Dimartino stopped 18 shots for the shutout and Kyle Roy made 34 saves for the Raiders.

Centennial 4, Andover 3 (OT): Hannah Backman scored her second goal of the game with nine seconds left in overtime to give the Class 2A, No. 3 Cougars the victory of the visiting No. 6 Huskies. Hailee Berg sent the game to overtime for the Cougars with one second left in the third period. Clair Butorac scored three goals and Jamie Nelson had two assists for the Huskies. Anneke Linser had three assists, Gabbie Hughes had two assists and Emily Nadeau scored a goal for the Cougars.
Northfield 3, Faribault 2 (OT): Lizzy Morsching scored 2:36 into overtime to give the Raiders the victory over the host Falcons. Jessica Boland and Kate Boland scored 2:53 apart to give the Raiders a 2-0 lead by the midway point of the second period. Kayli Burkhartzmeyer got the Falcons on the board with 1:20 left in the middle period. Olivia Williamson sent the game to overtime with a goal 7:36 into the third period.
Henry Sibley 2, Osseo/Park Center 1: Annie Gydesen broke a 1-1 tie with 5:56 left in the third period to give the Warriors the victory over host Osseo/Park Center. Kalley Partyka got the Warriors on the board in the first period and Olivia Fredrickson tied it for Osseo/Park Center in the second. Paige Erickson stopped 26 shots for the Warriors and Sophie Almquist made 36 saves for Osseo/Park Center.
Wayzata 3, Minnetonka 1: Sloane Matthews scored two first period goals to lead the Class 2A, No. 9 Trojans past the visiting No. 14 Skippers. Maggie Nicholson cut the deficit in half for the Skippers with 20 seconds left in the second period. Emily Wisnewski sealed the win for the Trojans with an empty-net goal with 16 seconds left in the third period. Stephanie Garvis stopped 28 shots for the Trojans and Abby Manlove made 23 saves for the Skippers.
Blaine 4, Champlin Park/Coon Rapids 1: Gabby Rosenthal scored two third-period goals to help the Class 2A, No. 8 Bengals pull away from visiting Champlin Park/Coon Rapids. Delaney Johnson got Champlin Park/Coon Rapids on the board first 11:08 into the first period. Woodbury 70, Forest Lake 69 (OT): The Royals overcame a second-half rally to defeat the visiting Rangers in overtime. Michael Jones led the Royals with 24 points. Steven Colon scored 20 points to lead the Rangers in their comeback from a seven-point halftime deficit. DJ Fleming had 14 points and David Alston 10 for the Royals. Cooper Berg had 15 points and Thad Ball 10 for the Rangers.
