We don't get out much.
Now we are going to meet old friends at a restaurant for a big birthday party tomorrow night.
All the kids are invited.
We're goingto Crave. It's bustling, it's loud, and the hostess has ensured us it's kid-friendly.

But I know my kids. They are BUSY. Sitting still at the table for more than 5 minutes will be a feat.
I know two of the tricks.
Order food for the kids immediately. Keep them occupied. (Ihave already pre-packed crayons, pads of paper and carsbut fear they will lose their novelty quickly .)
But I think I'll need some more tricks to get us all through the meal.
