Rehwaldt, Pastor Edgar F. October 3, 1920 - October 31, 2009 The Rev. Edgar Rehwaldt, 89, of Nisswa, MN, was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, Oct. 31, in McAllen, TX. He was born Oct. 3, 1920, in Kewanee, IL. Services will be held on Friday, November 6th, 2009, at 10:30 A.M. at Mission of the Cross Lutheran Church, Cross Lake, MN. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 5th, from 4-7:00 P.M. at Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home in Brainerd, MN. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Frieda (Huse); children: Carolyn (Shaver), Anthony, Sidney, and Jon; grandchildren: Erik, Chris, Kelly (Hecksel), Corey, and Stacy; great-grandchildren: Cadison and Brayden Hecksel; two brothers and two sisters: Charles of St Cloud, MN, Harold of Dodge Center, MN, Dorothy (Williams) of Burnsville, MN, and Irma (Rehbein) of Bloomington, MN. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Arlene (Prigge).
