OCT. 4

Theft. A 19-year-old man was arrested for theft on the 14700 block of Lac Lavon Drive.

OCT. 18

Drugs. An 18-year-old man was cited for driving without a license, possession of brass knuckles and speeding after his vehicle was stopped at Syndicate Street and Creek Lane N. One 18-year-old female passenger was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, while another was cited for underage consumption of alcohol.

LAKEVILLE

WEEK OF OCT. 8-14

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was involved in a property damage accident on the 16000 block of Kenrick Avenue. Her breath test provided a .37 reading which is 4½ times the legal limit.

Theft. A dirt bike was stolen from 5000 block of 177th Street W. Officers located a pick-up truck with a dirt bike in the bed of the truck on the 6000 block of 178th Street W. Two male suspects, ages 35 and 36, were identified. The case is still under investigation.

Theft. Roofing materials were stolen from a home under construction on the 19000 block of Hibbing Way.

Burglary. Officers responded to a home on the 200 block of Cleopatra Drive on a report of a burglary in progress. Officers found an extremely intoxicated 49-year-old man. He was unable to care for himself and taken to the hospital. He was issued a citation for public nuisance.

PRIOR LAKE

OCT. 10

Drugs. A 17-year-old Savage boy was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 15800 block of Franklin Trail.

OCT. 11

Assault. A 39-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for assault on the 3300 block of Brewer Drive.

Drunken driving. A 61-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop on the 13800 block of Shepherds Path.

OCT. 14

Assault. A 24-year-old Prior Lake man was cited for assault and property damage on the 16600 block of Hwy. 13.

Drugs. A 26-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

Theft. A trailer was stolen from the yard of a home on the 3200 block of Balsam Street.

SHAKOPEE

OCT. 1

Theft. Two 16-year-old girls were cited for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Target, 1685 17th Av.

OCT. 8

Theft. A 17-year-old boy was cited for theft after he was caught shoplifting at Cub Foods, 1198 Vierling Dr.

OCT. 10

Drugs. A 28-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, fleeing police and warrants on the 1400 block of Savanna Drive. Also, a 58-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

OCT. 11

Warrant. A 27-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on a Scott County warrant and cited for driving after revocation following a traffic stop at Marschall Road and Highway 169.

Theft. A 12-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for theft at Shakopee East Junior High, 1137 Marschall Road

OCT. 13

Drugs. A 29-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving after revocation following a traffic stop at Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Eagle Creed Boulevard.

Burglary. A 26-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for burglary, property damage, trespassing and theft at Earl's Food Products, 1488 Maras St.
