MAY 2

Theft. An officer responded to a gas station on the 100 block of Broadway Street S. regarding a gas theft. The officer contacted the vehicle owner who advised that his daughter had used the vehicle and she forgot to pay for the fuel. He said he'd pay for it.

MAY 3

Nuisance. Officers responded to the 900 block of Bridle Creek Drive regarding a report that someone was hitting golf balls over Old Highway 169. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate a suspect.

MAY 8

Burglary. Items were stolen from a home on the 900 block of 7th Street. Entry was gained through an unlocked door.

LAKEVILLE

WEEK OF APRIL 23-29

Theft. Officers responded to Cub Foods, 20250 Heritage Drive, regarding a theft in progress. The suspect reportedly walked out of the store with several cans of formula. An officer located the suspect, a 56-year-old man, and he admitted to putting the formula in his trunk. Dozens of additional cans of formula were found. He was cited for theft.

Theft. A reel of cable was stolen from 190th Street W. and Highview Avenue.

Drunken driving. A 22-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving on Kenrick Avenue.

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to the 9700 block of 201st Street W. regarding a report of juveniles fighting in the park. Three boys, ages 15, 16 and 17, were cited for disorderly conduct and ordered to stay out of all Lakeville parks.

Domestic. Officers responded to 165th Street and Franchise Avenue twice in the same day regarding a domestic disturbance between two sisters, both age 38. After the second call, one of the sisters was arrested for domestic assault and interfering with a 911 call.

PRIOR LAKE

APRIL 26

Drugs. A 19-year-old Prior Lake man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on the 17100 block of Toronto Avenue.

APRIL 27

Theft. Tools valued at $2400 were stolen from a locked shed on Wilds Parkway and Mystic Lake Drive.

APRIL 28

Disorderly conduct. A 34-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for disorderly conduct at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

SHAKOPEE

APRIL 26

Drugs. A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Drive S. and 17th Avenue E.

APRIL 28

Drugs. A 29-year-old Farmington woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Pho 83 Cuisines, 1143 Canterbury Road.

APRIL 29

Drugs. A 35-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, driving after cancellation and no proof of insurance following a traffic stop on Highway 169 and Canterbury Road S.

MAY 1

Driving violation. A 28-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for providing false information to a police officer and driving after revocation following a traffic stop at Canterbury Road S. and Dean Lakes Boulevard.

Drugs. A 25-year-old Shakopee man was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at County Road 101 E. and Marschall Road S.

MAY 2

Drugs. A 28-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process with force and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at a home on the 1100 block of Naumkeag Street.
