BURNSVILLE

FEB. 11

Drugs. A 22-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possible possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, no proof of insurance and driving after revocation following a traffic stop on the 900 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

FEB. 28

Public intoxication. Officers responded to McDonald's, 260 Triangle Lane N., on a report of a man yelling and screaming at cars driving by. Officers spoke with the 53-year-old man and found he was extremely intoxicated. He was transported to the hospital.

MARCH 3

Drugs. A 17-year-old male was cited for a stop sign violation and possession of alcohol on Syndicate Street and Creek Lane. A 20-year-old male passenger was cited for possible possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

MARCH 4

Drunken driving. Officers responded to the 100 block of Hillside Avenue on a report of a man slumped over in a vehicle for two hours. Officers located the 37-year-old man and arrested him on suspicion of drunken driving and possible possession of a controlled substance.

MARCH 5

Medical. Officers responded to a home on the 900 block of Bridle Creek Drive regarding an intoxicated female who had fallen and was knocked unconscious. The 46-year-old woman was taken to the hospital. While helping her, officers located a second intoxicated woman, 39, who was unable to care for herself and didn't have a sober person to care for her. She also was taken to the hospital.

LAKEVILLE

MARCH 5-17

Animal complaint. Officers responded to a home on 160th Street and Hawthorn Path on a report of a home invasion. A homeowner awoke after hearing noise in her kitchen and discovered a raccoon had opened all the drawers and made a mess. When officers arrived they found the raccoon in a window and were able to take it safely into custody. It was released.

Theft. A 31-year-old man was cited for shoplifting after he attempted to steal fishing gear from Mills Fleet Farm, 17070 Kenrick Av.

Fraud. A business on Embers Avenue and 170th Street sent a MoneyGram to buy 5,000 pounds of chicken wings and the wings never arrived.

Drunken driving. A 54-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving at 160th Street and Pilot Knob Road following a traffic stop that was prompted by a driving complaint.

PRIOR LAKE

MARCH 7

Theft. A drill was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 16700 block of Lyons Avenue.

SHAKOPEE

FEB. 19

Drugs. An 18-year-old Shakopee man was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 200 block of 1st Avenue.

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Shakopee man was cited for underage consumption at Arnie's Bar, 122 1st Av.

MARCH 8

Drugs. A 30-year-old Savage man was arrested for possible possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Drive and Valley View Road.

Drugs. A 27-year-old Belle Plaine man was arrested for inhaling possibly toxic substances at Party City, 1607 17th Av.

MARCH 9

Warrant. A 71-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for two Scott County warrants on the 5100 block of 160th Street.

MARCH 11

Theft. Officers responded to Dakota Convenience, 15035 Mystic Lake Dr., on a reported theft of milk and two energy drinks. The items were recovered.
