Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Bloomington man and an 18-year-old Apple Valley man were arrested for underage consumption on the 13400 block of Heather Hills Drive.

Drugs. An 18-year-old Bloomington woman was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 12700 block of Nicollet Avenue S.
JAN. 9
Theft. A 54-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft on the 12100 block of Red Oak Court S.

Drunken driving. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for drunken driving, underage drinking and driving, underage possession of alcohol, open bottle in a motor vehicle and underage possession of a nicotine delivery device after she was stopped for driving violations at Quaker Avenue and Syndicate Street. She was released to her parents.
JAN. 14
Suspicious activity. An officer noticed four juveniles exit townhouses that were under construction on Bradbury Circle. The officer checked the interior of the townhouses and did not see anything damaged or missing. The kids were taken home and their parents were advised.

Alcohol violation. A 29-year-old man was cited for open bottle of alcohol in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on 170th Street W.
Drunken driving. A 20-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop on Dodd Boulevard.
Theft. A purse was stolen from the 20000 block of Holyoke Avenue.
Theft. A 9mm firearm was stolen from 16000 Joplin Way.

JAN. 4
Theft. A 46-year-old Faribault man was arrested for receiving stolen property, a vehicle, at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.

Robbery. A 29-year-old Illinois man was arrested for robbery and theft at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.
Drugs. A 34-year-old North St. Paul man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and a Scott County warrant at Mystic Lake Hotel, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

Theft. A jacket was stolen from a chair at The Pointe, 16691 Hwy. 13.
Drugs. A 19-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

JAN. 5
Drugs. A 29-year-old Hopkins man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Valley View Road.
Warrant. A 25-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for a warrant and for providing false information to police at Best Western. 511 Marschall Road
JAN. 6
Obstruction. A 19-year-old Lakeville man was cited for possession of a false identification at Canterbury Park, 1100 Canterbury Road
JAN. 7
Drugs. A 17-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for possession of marijuana and 30-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at Ramsey Street S. and Dalles Drive.
JAN. 8
Drunken driving. A 26-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for drunken driving and possession of a controlled substance at Kwik Trip, 1522 Vierling Dr.
Theft. A 14-year-old St. Paul boy and an 18-year-old St. Paul man were cited for theft after they were caught shoplifting at Kohl's, 1529 17th Av.
